Fanlistings were the idea of Janine who wanted to gather a list of the fans of the show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The network is currently run by a group of over 60 staff members, each taking care of individual categories or other sections of the site. The network was handed over to the staff in 2002 when Janine realized she no longer had the time to maintain it. Adia, Bonnie, Charlotte, and Summer make up the Senior Staff and take care of staff management, technical matters, and the day-to-day running of the network as a whole.

Friends In Low Places was launched around June 25, 2003 by Becca and Laci Jade. Becca gave up the fanlisting and Laci Jade moved and re-launched it on January 20, 2005.

1. You must be a fan of the genre of Country Music.
   
2. You need a valid email address to join.
   
3. You don't need to have a site. However if you do, please save a code to your own server and link it back to this site. Direct linking is a crime - don't do it.
   
4. Fill out the form as completely as possible. Your name, email, & country are required fields - without them I can't add you.
